Study tools for academic success
Studiosity - 24/7 academic skills support for students
With Studiosity, you can submit draft assessments for quick and constructive feedback within 24 hours, or connect live with Subject Specialists to get one-on-one help on a range of core skills areas.
Assignment Planner
Plan and schedule your assignments with help from our assignment planner. This calculator breaks down your assignment into manageable steps while providing tips and resources along the way to help meet your assignment deadlines.
Learning Co-Op
The UOW Learning Co-Op offers online resources and access to Peer Coaches (via live chat and Zoom). Peer Coaches are current UOW students, who can help you locate academic resources, share strategies to help you tackle challenging content and provide you with lots of tips around your studies.
You can also access the online knowledge centre for resources on assessments, effective studying, remote learning tips, referencing and citing, mathematics and statistics as well as technology and software.
Online Study Support Seminars
To improve your study skills, join in with an online study support seminar or seminar series. These seminars are conducted by an Academic and are free for UOW students.

Counselling and wellbeing support for international students overseas
Specialised counselling and wellbeing services and resources are now available to all UOW international students enrolled at any of our Australian campuses and studying offshore due to border closures. UOW has partnered with LifeWorks to deliver a Student Support Program to support your
emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing.
Student Health Help Line
The Student Health Help Line - 02 4239 2300 operates between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. All calls are answered by a Nurse who can provide information, advice and referrals to help students access appropriate care. Outside of normal operating hours, the line will provide recorded referral information.
24-hour BUPA Student advice line for international students (BUPA members only)
Receive assistance in 180 languages, for a range of medical or general situations.
