Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) sessions are designed to enhance your understanding of the subject material, help you gain valuable discipline specific skills, and connect you with other students in a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
Peer Assisted Learning (PAL)
PAL sessions are structured weekly study groups facilitated by PAL Leaders, trained students who have successfully completed the subject.
PAL Leaders facilitate group based activities that incorporate important and challenging content with study tools, to help you successfully complete the subject.
Attendance at PAL is encouraged for all students studying PAL supported subjects.
Sessions are available online or in-person at Wollongong campus, and commence in week 2.
PAL sessions are embedded in the following subjects in Spring session 2023:
- CSIT115
- ECON100
- FIN111
- MATH141
- PSYC123
How to join a PAL session
All students enrolled into a PAL supported subject have been added to the PAL Moodle Site (TCHR018_23)
