UOW’s main Wollongong campus is set in native Australian bush and is one of the most picturesque university campuses in Australia. Less than two kilometres east is UOW’s Innovation Campus – a research and technology precinct that houses innovative organisations as well as some of UOW’s leading research institutes.

UOW has two campuses in Australia’s largest city, Sydney, and a new campus in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, the Great South West.

In 1993 UOW established the first of its regional campuses in the Shoalhaven. Since then the network has been extended so that residents of other regional areas can benefit from a university education close to home.

In 2022 the majority of UOW's postgraduate coursework degrees will offer Commonwealth supported places (CSP) to eligible Domestic students. This will result in students receiving up to 75% off their course fees. The only course exemptions are UOW's Executive Business degrees. UOW Careers service can help you gain professional experience, provide advice on resumes and applying for roles, engage with new employers as well as find you a new role using your new qualification. You can engage with careers consultants online or via phone as well as participate in online workshops and events.

UOW understands that all students - including postgrads - need study support from time to time, that's why we offer online study support via our Learning Co-op, Library, Academic language and learning, plus maths and stats help. Each subject is delivered by an expert in their field of study, who can also advise and support you with your studies.
