Student Employability and Engagement
The Student Employability and Engagement service is dedicated to enhancing students’ employability and career readiness by providing personalised guidance, practical support, and opportunities for workplace learning. Through individual one-on-one consultations, the Student Employability and Engagement Coordinator assists students in developing essential job-seeking skills, including resume writing, responding to selection criteria, interview preparation, and navigating graduate assessment centres.
The service also supports students in exploring and applying for a range of employment opportunities, including casual and part-time positions, internships, and graduate roles. To promote sustained employment outcomes, support is available to UOW alumni for up to 12 months following graduation.
