UOW is a truly global educator, delivering world-class teaching to students in the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore. We have formal agreements with more than 400 overseas institutions in 45 countries spanning research collaborations, teaching collaborations, credit arrangements, articulation arrangements, study abroad and exchange programs and offshore program delivery.

UOW education without borders

The University of Wollongong (UOW) has been featured in a BBC documentary series, Aiming Higher, in partnership with BBC StoryWorks and the International Association of Universities. The video showcases UOW's story of education without borders, highlighting our distinct global presence as a high quality international education provider. It also features our Global Leaders Development Program (GOLEAD) student, Emma Roberts, who is currently studying on exchange at UOW in Dubai.

UOW Tottenham Hotspur Global Football Program

Commencing in February 2020 Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the University of Wollongong (UOW) will pioneer the next generation of football talent in Australia with a new player development program offered for five years at the University’s Wollongong campus. The first of its kind, the program brings together one of the world's best-known football clubs and one of the world's best modern universities.
