Find your why

I work at AIME which is the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience.

My passion is definitely enabling a stronger platform for Indigenous people.

I've had the privilege of a good education, so now I want to pass that opportunity on to kids in the community.

Meet Lara

“Going into my degree, I only saw the surface of what nurses can do. Now I’ve been inspired by my tutors and teachers who have worked across so many areas like the Royal Flying Doctor Service and humanitarian aid, and it shows me everything I can achieve in this career. I hope to end up in paediatrics in a children’s hospital, based on my own experience in hospital as a child. I’d love to go back and be there for children like the nurses were there for me.”Lara Wynd, Bachelor of Nursing
