Student Success Mentors in the Student Success Hub can connect you with academic skills support, wellbeing services, peer programs, career services and more. The AskUOW Team are your go-to for the ‘admin’ side of your study, from enrolment through to fees and graduation.

Student Success Hub AskUOW team

UOW engages a third-party provider (Vygo) to facilitate our student support platform. Users of the Vygo platform are bound by Vygo’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Your student number, first and last name, details pertaining to your enrolment and engagement in our support services are stored in this platform in order to provide you with personalised supports. The data collected helps the university to improve our support services, conduct proactive outreach to students who may require additional support and undertaking reporting on the effectiveness of our student supports. Vygo’s Privacy Statement is available on their website. UOW is committed to ensuring that your personal and/or health information is handled in accordance with its privacy obligations. You must not upload medical and/or health information to this platform. UOW may use information uploaded into the platform to reach out to you to respond to enquiries or if there are any concerns.
