AskUOW is a new online knowledge base where you can find answers to commonly asked questions about UOW.
AskUOW allows you to search FAQs on topics such as enrolment, course progression, fees, accommodation, support services and more. And if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can submit an enquiry to Student Services who will get back to with the information you need.
You can also use AskUOW to access SOLS, UOWmail, library help and IT support – making it easy for you to access the system and information you need, when you need it.
