Key facilities and services

Animal and Human Facility

Integrating advanced animal facilities, a dedicated clinical trials and research unit, and field-based ecological research capabilities, the Animal and Human Facility enables seamless translation from laboratory discovery to real-world impact.

Electron Microscopy Facility

Powering advanced material characterisation and multidisciplinary research. The UOW Electron Microscopy Facility delivers the state-of-the-art instrumentation, comprehensive training, and expertise that industry and academia need to innovate.

Chemical Characterisation Facility

From unlocking the secrets of DNA replication to mapping cellular lipids through advanced imaging and flow cytometry, the Chemical Characterisation Facility drives cutting-edge molecular discovery at the intersection of chemistry, medicine, and pharmacology.

ANFF Materials Node

Bridging the gap between concept and creation, the world-class ANFF Materials Node provides researchers and industry pioneers with the cutting-edge fabrication tools and expert support needed to design the next generation of smart materials, bioprinting tech, and energy storage devices.
