Important dates

Year 12 is a big year, and when you add university applications into the mix, it can feel overwhelming. You don’t need to have everything figured out right now.

What you do need is a clear timeline.

Below, you’ll find the key milestones for students considering UOW in 2027 including Early Admission, UAC applications, scholarship deadlines, events and enrolment. Use this as your guide throughout the year so you know what’s coming up and when to take action.

Plan ahead. Stay organised. And most importantly - focus on doing your best in Year 12.

We will update this website regularly. You should also subscribe to the UOW Future Student Newsletter to stay up-to-date with the latest information, and you can contact the team if you need support.

Quick look: UOW Early Admission 2026.

• Early Admission application outcomes were communicated to all applicants on Thursday 17 September.

*If you received an Early Admission offer:

• You don't need to apply for that course through UAC, your Early Admission offer is an official offer to study at UOW.
• You don't need to accept your offer straight away. Your place will be reserved, and we'll contact you closer to enrolment with everything you need to know. Your UOW Student Number was emailed to you on Tuesday 6 October.
• If you applied for two UOW courses, you will have received offers to both. You'll choose which course you'd like to enrol in when enrolment opens on Monday 7 December.

If you're not successful in receiving an Early Admission offer, you may still be eligible for a UOW College pathway offer, providing another pathway into your preferred UOW bachelor's degree.
