Get instant answers, or contact the team. AskUOW is your first point of contact for any questions relating to your studies. Check the new opening hours here.
2. 24-Hour Wellbeing Support Line
Immediate support if you or someone you are supporting is experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Contact via phone or SMS, anytime, all year round.
3. Student Success Hub
A welcoming peer-led space for all students where you can seek support, connect with other students or attend workshops, activities and events.
4. Student Support Coordinators
Providing personalised, confidential support to navigate any challenge that may be impacting on your studies.
5. Accessibility and Inclusion
Personalised assistance for students experiencing temporary or permanent disability or medical condition/s.
6. Student Success Portal
Your online portal for all things support. You can book learning and maths skills appointments, sign up to programs, chat to peers and advisors, and much more. Sign in with your UOW username and password and setup an account to get started.
7. Counselling Services
A free counselling service providing support with a wide range of personal, academic, social and psychological issues that may be impacting your life.
8. Academic skills advice and consultations
Our team of Learning and Maths Skills Advisors and senior students that are committed to assisting you to reach your study goals. Drop-in to the Academic Skills Centre at UOW Wollongong, of check out their services via the Student Success Portal.
9. Library
Live Chat with the Library or search FAQs for help finding online and print resources, subject readings, study spaces to focus and collaborate, and more.
10. Microsoft Copilot*
