Your first point of contact for all questions you may have during your studies. Come and see us at the Student Hub on the ground floor if you need any help, we are more than happy to assist you.

Peer Academic Coaches (PACs)

We are senior UOW students who are here to help you hit your study targets and succeed at UOW. 

Connect with us:

On campus: every Tuesday and Wednesday, 12 pm to 2 pm (weeks 7-13) at the UOW Liverpool Library space

Online: video chat with a PAC, Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm (AEST) from Week 2.


Free and confidential counselling services are available to all UOW students.

Learning Development

Learning Development academics can help you with understanding your assessment task, evaluating sources, referencing and avoid plagiarism, academic writing, critical thinking, and analysis and argument.

Book a consultation (in-person or online) using the Request a consultation form. 


Use your student ID card to borrow books from the UOW Liverpool Library located on ground floor. Library services for students include help with finding books and journal articles, borrowing from other libraries or book a study room.
