The Program Control Board (PCB) was established to provide oversight and guidance for the University of Wollongong’s (UOW) transformation program. The PCB ensured alignment of Council-initiated reviews, 2030 strategy development, and 2024 budget remediation efforts with strategic objectives. It monitored progress, risks and issues, and facilitates decision-making on behalf of the University Council to ensure the institution underwent successful and sustainable transformation.
