Digital and Artificial Intelligence Committee

Purpose

The Digital and Artificial Intelligence Committee (DAIC) is a formally constituted committee of Council established to provide expert strategic advice to the University Executive Board (UEB), the Council Finance and Infrastructure Committee (FIC) and the Council Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee (RACC) on matters relating to the University’s digital strategy, technology environment, enterprise systems, and the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence across teaching, research and operations.

The Committee will support the University’s long-term digital transformation, including oversight and guidance on the Enterprise Digital Roadmap, major technology investments, emerging digital risks, and opportunities arising from AI and automation.
