Academic Senate meetings are held in Room 20.5 - Communications Building, commencing at 9:30am.

Observers

If you wish to attend as an observer, please contact the Executive Officer of Academic Senate (contact details below) to request permission from the Chair.

Questions to the Academic Senate

A Questions on Notice opportunity is provided to allow for the inclusion of Questions on Notice in the agenda papers for each meeting.

Call for agenda items

A call for agenda items is sent out about four weeks prior to an Academic Senate meeting. Agenda items should be sent to the Executive Officer of Academic Senate in the Governance Unit, Governance and Legal Division by emailing uow-academic-senate@uow.edu.au.

Agendas, notes, and schedules

Meeting schedules are available from the Governance structure page.

Agendas are made available one week before meetings via the Academic Senate Members Moodle site.

Minutes are made available on this website after they have been ratified (verified true and correct) by Academic Senate at the following meeting.
