Academic Senate meetings are held in Room 20.5 - Communications Building, commencing at 9:30am.

Call for agenda items

A call for agenda items is sent out about four weeks prior to an Academic Senate meeting. Agenda items should be sent to the Executive Officer of Academic Senate in the Governance Unit, Governance and Legal Division by emailing

Agendas are made available one week before meetings via the Academic Senate Members Moodle site.

Minutes are made available on this website after they have been ratified (verified true and correct) by Academic Senate at the following meeting.
