As we are a training clinic our capacity to accept referrals changes throughout the year based on the University semesters. We close our waitlists when we are not able to provide support in a timely manner.
When we are open to referrals, you can refer yourself (or your child) by completing the referral form below. Please refer to waitlist information on our homepage before making a referral.
