Postgraduate study at UOW is now more affordable, with Commonwealth supported places available for all coursework postgraduate degrees in 2023*. Eligible students will have their fees subsidised by up to 75%. This part is a subsidy, not a loan, and you don't have to pay it back. This means the Australian government pays a major part of your course fees. Eligible students may also be able to access HECS-HELP to defer all or part of their course fees. There’s never been a better time to get a start on your postgraduate qualifications.

A UOW graduate certificate is a recognised qualification that includes four postgraduate subjects in a specific study area. Graduate certificates can be undertaken as a stand-alone program and most can be used as a stepping stone to further postgraduate study.
