I worked full-time while I studied my master's. There was flexibility in that I could increase or decrease my workload as needed to create work-life balance, which I did. I had really great support from my teachers too. Everything about postgrad study at UOW was so valuable. There were some great social networking opportunities, and it gave me the skills and confidence to step into a leadership role.
