Overview

Employers value graduates who can manage projects while also understanding how supply chain decisions impact cost, timing, quality and service delivery. Studying a Master of Project Management with a Master of Supply Chain Management prepares you to meet this need by combining structured project leadership with operational insight across end‑to‑end supply chain environments.

Studying both master’s equips you with the capability to plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects while managing procurement, logistics, production and distribution activities. You will develop the skills to oversee projects from planning through to execution, ensuring outcomes align with operational priorities and organisational goals.

Effective project delivery requires the coordination of timelines, resources and stakeholders, alongside the management of goods, information and services across interconnected supply networks. Through studying these master’s together, you will gain the skills to improve supply chain performance, reduce inefficiencies, optimise processes and deliver measurable operational improvements in business environments.

By completing this double master’s program, students will earn two master’s degrees in two years and build expertise in two in‑demand areas of business.

See the course handbook for more information.

The Master of Project Management provides the knowledge and practical methods required to manage projects confidently from initiation through to closing. You will explore project scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and completion, and learn strategies to manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder relationships. The program prepares you to respond effectively to the challenges encountered in contemporary project environments, ensuring you can coordinate teams, maintain project momentum, and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives.

The Master of Supply Chain Management is designed for professionals who want to build or expand their capability in supply chain operations, procurement and logistics. The program develops the skills needed to manage the flow of goods, information and resources across modern organisations, preparing you to contribute to efficient, resilient and competitive supply chain performance.

Studying these master’s together will help you bring project plans and supply chain decisions together. You will learn how to make sure projects support day‑to‑day operations, manage how different parts of a supply chain rely on each other, and improve how organisations work in complex, connected environments.
