UOW 24-hour Wellbeing Support Line
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. This service provides free and confidential advice to onshore UOW students who may be experiencing emotional distress, are overwhelmed or stressed.

Safe and Respectful Communities (SARC)
During this period the SARC Team will not be on campus, however will be on standby to respond to emergencies. If you need support during this time, please contact the SARC number (02) 4221 3344. This number will be diverted to UOW 24-hour Student Wellbeing line who will triage the calls, provide support and refer to the SARC Team where appropriate.

IT Support

UOW Library
Wollongong campus library is closed from 22 December, 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 5 January, 2026. Shoalhaven campus library is closed from 19 December, 2025, and will reopen on Monday, 12 January, 2026.
Staffed Library services, including Live Chat and Document Delivery will be unavailable during this period, resuming on Monday, 5 January, 2026. Items can still be returned via the after-hours bin at the rear west-side of the Wollongong Campus Library (opposite the P2 carpark).
