SSAF consultation

SSAF student survey

Each year UOW invites students to give feedback on how SSAF should be spent to enhance the student experience. A survey is sent to the UOWMail of every student who is eligible to pay SSAF. Student feedback directly informs UOW’s spending priorities and helps the university improve the services and amenities provided to students. The categories that are listed are from the approved SSAF criteria set by the Department of Education.

For any questions about SSAF, please email ssa-consultation@uow.edu.au.

2025 survey results

The latest survey took place from 7-21 May, 2025, with 1,182 students providing feedback on how the SSAF should be spent.

You told us...

  • how you’d like your Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) to be spent in 2026
  • that you want to hear more about how SSAF is used and how to access SSAF funded services

A detailed analysis by campus and cohort will be used to inform priorities for future SSAF rounds.
