50th Anniversary Awards

The 50th Anniversary Awards provided an opportunity for UOW to discover and recognise the achievements of outstanding alumni and supporters from around the globe.

Each year, the UOW Alumni Awards celebrate the thought-leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and creatives who are making positive changes in their communities.  

As UOW marked 50 years since becoming an independent institution, the 2025 Alumni Awards were renamed to honour individuals who have contributed significantly to our history and impact over the past five decades. We were also excited to award a bespoke award to mark this auspicious milestone, the 50th Anniversary Council Award for Excellence.
