Employability

This service stream aims to develop a sustainable employability model that enhances students’ employment opportunities and workplace learning experiences.

The Student Employability and Engagement Coordinator provides individualised one-on-one consultations on topics relating to career choices and finessing job-seeking skills, including: 

  • Developing a strong resume
  • Responding to the selection criteria
  • Interview preparation
  • Navigating graduate assessment centres

Students can access this service to find and apply for employment opportunities, including casual and part-time roles, internships, and graduate roles.

This service is extended to UOW alumni for 12 months post-graduation, to ensure employment outcomes are achieved and sustained.
