We understand how important scholarships are when making your decision to study overseas. At UOW we offer a range of scholarships for students looking to undertake undergraduate or postgraduate study. We can also assist with information about scholarships offered by the Australian Government, as well as international organisations.

 *Due to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, UOW has further extended its country-specific bursaries to include all countries and regions. Students who receive an offer to study an eligible UOW course in 2022 (and beyond) will have the 20% International Student Bursary applied automatically.  UOW will contact existing offer holders who may be eligible for the bursary with instructions on how to have their offer reissued with the bursary included.

Higher degree research scholarships

The University of Wollongong offers a range of research scholarships and awards to eligible international higher degree research (HDR) students. They can include annual stipends, living allowances and tuition fee costs. Visit the HDR scholarship site for more information.
