Financial counselling program

FREE confidential financial counselling for current UOW students.

This service is provided by a dedicated financial counsellor at the Illawarra Legal Centre and is funded by the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF).

Students are encouraged and supported in strengthening their ability to manage their finances. Personalised support services are designed to find the best solutions for unique needs, with appropriate referrals offered when required.

To book an appointment, call 02 42761939.

Appointments are available over the phone or in-person on Wollongong Campus and are usually scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday during office hours.

  • Unable to pay your bills on time
  • Receiving disconnection notices for phone or electricity
