From Sunday, 12 July, 2026, the UOWx program will be paused, and no new activities will be recognised.
If you've participated in the program, you will still receive your official UOWx Record via My eQuals when you’re conferred and graduate. This will include all co‑curricular engagement recorded on your UOWx Record up to the cutoff date.
Future opportunities
We know co‑curricular involvement is an important part of many students’ experience at UOW. You’re welcome to continue participating in co-curricular activities past this date; however, you won’t receive UOWx recognition.
