UOW is now issuing digital academic documents via My equals to graduating students.
Digital academic documents will be issued after conferral to the email address you nominate in your graduation application. The nominated email address will be used to send you notifications (from email@example.com) once your digital documents have been issued. It will also be the email you use to register/login to your My eQuals account. If you don't nominate an emaill address, your UOWMail account will become the default email for your My eQuals notifications and registration/login.

Hardcopy official documentation
Graduating students will receive a hardcopy testamur which will be posted to you via DHL Couriers (or another third party depending on where you live). Please ensure that your postal address is correct in your graduation application as your testamur will be sent to this address. If you provide a PO Box within Australia, your testamur will be sent via Australia Post. Please check the Graduation Key Dates to see when your testamur will arrive.
If you would also like hardcopies of your transcript, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement or UOWx Record/Award (where relevant), you can purchase them after conferral. Visit the Student Central website to find out more about hardcopy official academic documents, including costs and how to purchase them.
Official UOW academic documents have special features that protect against fraud and in turn, protect the integrity of your hard work.
Lost or damaged Testamur
All official hardcopy documents will be sent via DHL, third party couriers or Australia Post (for Australian PO Boxes). You will be contacted to receive your tracking number.

All addresses are written in English. DHL has translators in countries all over the world to ensure your package will arrive at the address you provided to us when you applied to graduate.
Additional hardcopies of transcripts and AHEGS can be ordered online and incur charges, i.e., i.e., $10.00 for digital or $30.00 for hard copy.
If a testamur is lost or damaged, or if a student has formally changed their name (and want an updated testamur to reflect the name change), students can apply to purchase a replacement using the online order form. Replacement testamurs will incur a charge of $150.00 (hard-copy) and $10 (digital copy).
