00:00
so we build innovative solutions for the
00:02
construction industry the original
00:05
patent for this collapsible housing
00:07
frame polymer concepts but they weren't
00:09
complete with the delivery model for
00:11
market they were looking for a
00:16
researcher that can help them with
00:18
developing and refining the business
00:20
model as well as developing the supply
00:22
chain solution as an entrepreneur has
00:25
been extremely valuable to half-german
00:27
has a second brain helping to guide
00:29
certain strategies to really create this
00:31
business to become sustainable the
00:36
aspect that I brought in is moving it
00:39
from a frame manufacturing business to
00:42
licensing IP business when we finish the
00:46
tech voucher we had a road map to the
00:48
commercialization of the system because
00:52
their business model is geared around
00:54
logistics you can take this frame
00:56
