Tools for success

UOW offers a wide range of free programs to help you excel academically, ranging from workshops, events and resources to peer mentoring and consultations.

Compulsory modules

These modules will prepare you for your studies, get you thinking about your professional future and ensure we are all contributing to a safe and welcoming UOW community. Make sure you complete these in the first session to avoid your results being withheld.

UOW Library

UOW Library provides academic resources, flexible study spaces and welcoming, knowledgeable staff who can provide personalised assistance face-to-face, over the phone, by email or through the Library Live Chat service.

Learning co-op

Get 24/7 access to online resources to support your learning, including assessments, technology, referencing and citing. You can also talk to a Peer Coach, access study support seminars, or request an Academic Consultation.

Peer Assisted Learning

Be guided through your course material and learn from senior students who have previously excelled in the subject. Think ‘super group’ learning.
