Resources to assist you

Pace yourself through the following online activities that are aligned with each step of the Top100 Future Leaders competition, to give yourself the best opportunity to progress through and potentially win one of the highly sought-after Top100 Future Leaders Awards.


You must:

  • currently reside in Australia
  • be enrolled as a student at an Australian university and be continuing your study into 2023 (undergraduate or postgraduate)
  • be available to attend a full day's assessment centre and the awards evening that follows, if required, in February 2023 - noting that should you reside outside of the greater Sydney area, GradConnection will pay for return flights and accommodation.
  • be registered on GradConection. Its free and easy to sign up - Register now

Interactive workshop sessions

We will run online interactive workshop sessions to help you gain a more in-depth understanding of the application process:

  • How to: write a successful resume and cover letter;
  • What are selection criteria and how do you address them?;
  • How to: ace your job interview; and
  • How to: stand out at assessment centres

Applications close for Top100 Future Leaders competition Wednesday, 7 September
Psychometric testing Thursday, 15 September - Monday, 26 September
Video interviews Wednesday, 28 September - Monday, 10 October
Top100 established and announced Friday, 11 November
