CareerSmart is a comprehensive & interactive career development tool that helps you learn about what skills you have, what employers want and how to fill in the gaps while you’re studying at UOW.  CareerSmart incorporates the CareerSmart Discovery Tool, a career assessment tool that covers 5 key areas:

  • Work Interest Assessment
  • Personality Assessment
  • Leisure Assessment
  • Values Assessment
  • Skills Assessment

CareerSmart helps you to learn more about yourself so that you can find out which degrees would suit you best, learn more about the world of work including jobs that are related to your current degree, and enables you to create a career action plan so that you can work towards your career goals from first year onwards.

The CareerSmart Discovery Tool is a comprehensive career assessment tool, which is embedded into CareerSmart, our online career development module compulsory for first-year undergraduate students.
