What is involved?

UOWx has developed a series of self-paced online seminars that provide information relevant to each of the 6 UOWx Learning Streams. Each seminar focuses on a different topic area, aiming to address skills that contribute to personal and professional development. They are designed to take around 2 hours to complete, and include videos from leading UOW Alumni, staff and industry professionals, information and interactive activities.

The Mentoring and Wellbeing Learning Stream seminar is titled Regulating Your Best Self to Achieve Purpose and you will hear from UOW Staff, Emeritus Professor Brian Martin, Psychologist Nigel Woods and Deputy Student Resident Manager (Wellbeing) Ninan Mathew.

How do I register?

You can self-enrol in the UOWx – Online Interactive Seminar Moodle at any time and complete this workshop.


Minimum requirements for UOWx recognition

To receive UOWx Recognition, you must:

  • Complete the Regulating Your Best Self to Achieve Purpose online seminar
  • Email the Completion Certificate to uowx@uow.edu.au and it will be added to your UOWx Record
