Byron Bay International Film Festival

Closing date: 7 July 2026

Project Description

BBFF understands its audience from a curation and community angle but is seeking analytical capability to deeply profile attendees for government reporting and strategic growth. Ticket data is fragmented, with multiple venues selling on BBFF's behalf. The festival has its own ticketing for key events, an eDM database, and runs surveys. The intern will audit existing data sources, design a research methodology, collect data during the October 2026 festival, and deliver actionable audience insights.
