SECTE Innovation Conference and Exhibition 2023

Students from the School of Electrical, Computing and Telecommunication Engineering who are currently enrolled in subjects such as Engineering Design and Management 2 and 3 (ECTE250) (ECTE351) will be presenting their collaborative innovation projects.

These subjects involve a structured team-based design activity that covers the initial four stages of a product design cycle. Throughout the project, student teams will receive guidance and support from faculty members who are acting as costed advisors.

Within the group setting, students will acquire knowledge related to various management concepts and tools, which will equip them to effectively oversee the crucial implementation phases of projects. This includes addressing social and ethical considerations, understanding aspects of psychology and ergonomics, and applying engineering test methodologies.
