The Lunar New Year is celebrated around the world by those who follow the lunisolar calendar, including in countries such as China, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Tibet, Mongolia and Indonesia, as well as other communities around the world. 22 January marks the start of the Year of the Rabbit.
