Retaining healthcare workers in rural areas is crucial for continuity of care and improved health outcomes of rural communities. Factors such as stress, burnout and other pre-existing pressures on the workforce have only increased in recent years.  

This webinar explores current health workforce distribution to meet the needs of these communities and emerging research on medical education models to address these challenges. Join UOW researchers Professor Zsuzsoka Kecskes and Professor Andrew Bonney, together with Professor Richard Murray and Professor Charlotte Hespe for this discussion.
