This event aims to broaden your understanding of how financial advice is actually provided to clients in practice (case studies) and what career opportunities students should consider.

You’ll have the opportunity to hear about the different journeys on offer to you and to ask any questions you have about the profession.

VIEW ANTHONY'S LINKEDIN PROFILE

After first being a Summer intern, and then commencing a graduate role with Deutsche Bank Sydney right in the middle of the Global Financial Crisis, Anthony worked in various roles for almost 10 years with the German bank, including Fixed Income Operations, projects and Wealth Management. He then worked as a consultant for 3 years on an institututionally sized technology platform before transitioning into an Associate position at Absolute Wealth Advisers. He currently helps to manage the personal finances and plans for over 50 clients.

Anthony has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and Bachelor of Science (Physics) from UOW, a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan. He has passed the Level 1 CFA and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Financial Planning program with Kaplan.
