Planning a visit to the University of Wollongong
Preferred notice for arranging visits is a minimum of 4-6 weeks, especially for institutions that do not currently have established linkages with the University of Wollongong. Visits are limited to Tuesday - Thursday each week. All visits to UOW will be conducted in English. No interpreter services will be provided.
Please note that UOW does not arrange or book travel, including shuttles, for visitors. We recommend that visitors make their own travel arrangements well in advance of their visit.
During the months of December and January, that only visits pertaining to existing partnerships will be accommodated, while the acceptance of all other visit requests will be determined at our discretion.
Please complete the Visit Request Form below to assist us in identifying the purpose of your visit and the expected outcomes. While we would like to welcome and accept all requests, there are times where we must limit visits due to the level of demand.
