Medical services for students

On-Campus

Grand Pacific Health Centre at UOW
(GPHC@UOW)

Following a genuine and broad consultation with students, staff, and the wider University, UOW has entered into a partnership with Grand Pacific Health (GPH) to provide affordable health and medical services on the Wollongong campus.

The Grand Pacific Health Centre at UOW (GPHC@UOW) is now open in Building 11. For online bookings or more information about the services on offer, visit: https://gphuow.org.au

GPH is a not for profit, primary health care organisation - providing locally-tailored, high-quality services in physical health, mental health, youth health, Aboriginal health, and chronic disease management.

GPH’s vision is for equitable health care - where access to affordable, quality and culturally appropriate health services does not depend on where you live, or your background. Bulk billing will be put in place for all students (both domestic and insured international students), and a low gap model will be used for UOW staff and alumni.

The long-term partnership between UOW and GPH will focus on aligning key student services with the centre to provide a holistic health care model on the UOW Wollongong Campus.
