The UOW Transformation has introduced a range of changes to how students access information, support and services. Now we want to hear from you.
Whether your experience was positive, challenging, or somewhere in between, we want your feedback to help us understand what's working well and where improvements are needed.
You’re invited to complete a short survey and share feedback on your experiences of:
- finding information,
- accessing and navigating support and services,
- engaging with administrative processes.
How your feedback will be used
Your feedback will help:
- evaluate the outcomes of the UOW Transformation,
- better understand students' experiences accessing information, support and services,
- identify what is working well and where improvements may be needed,
- inform recommendations for future improvements to services and support at UOW.
The survey takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Responses are anonymous and will be reported in aggregated, de-identified form. The survey does not collect student numbers or email addresses.
