In July, the Centre for Gender and Women's Studies at Trinity College Dublin, in association with the Women's History Association of Ireland, launched Dr Sharon Crozier-De Rosa’s recent books, Shame and the Anti-Feminist Backlash: Britain, Ireland and Australia, 1890-1920 (Routledge, 2018) and Remembering Women's Activism (co-authored by Vera Mackie, Routledge, 2019).

Sharon Crozier-De Rosa is a Senior Lecturer in History for the School of Humanities & Social Inquiry at UOW.

The book launch event was preceded by a roundtable discussion on feminism and anti-feminism from 1900 to the present day with Senator Ivana Bacik, Dr Sharon Crozier-De Rosa, Dr Mary McAuliffe (University College Dublin) and Dr Clare Tebbutt (Trinity College Dublin).
