National body recognises biologist’s special expertise

UOW Biological Sciences Lecturer, Dr Adam Munn, has been recognised by a national body for his expertise with kangaroos and wallabies.

The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) has just released its new guide to the care and use of Australian native mammals in research and teaching.

Dr Munn has been named as the NHMRC’s listed expert for the husbandry, management and research of wild and captive large macropods (kangaroos and wallabies).
