Bringing together more than 200 delegates over two days, this internationally connected conference unites researchers, clinicians, government representatives, Primary Health Network (PHN) stakeholders and professional organisations to showcase innovation in primary care, translate evidence into practice, and nurture the next generation of research leaders.
