About the speaker:

Kate Ramsay, Managing Director of AnD Leadership Consulting, has over 35 years of experience specializing in gender-based equal employment opportunity and leadership coaching. Starting her career as a nurse, she transitioned into EO consultancy, driven by her dedication to supporting women’s advancement. Kate’s expertise lies in empowering women in both professional and personal capacities. She is the author of “A Hell of a Lot of Glass: Achieving Gender Equality in the Workplaces of Australia,” “Go with Love,” a memoir, and co-author of “Barriers to Women Working in Corporate Management.”
