Wellness Cooking Series

Workshop overview

How is this workshop running?

These seminars are running in-person.

What is involved?

This series is designed to teach all students basic cooking skills to help grow confidence in the kitchen. All food will be sourced sustainably and will follow the concept of using what you already have in the house/what is about to go out of date/using scraps that would otherwise become food waste and turn them into magical meals. The student’s role is to be the chef and the lead in the kitchen. Following a step-by-step guide, students will simultaneously cook and learn. By the end of this series, Wellness will help to create young, confident cooks in the kitchen providing them with the knowledge to be able to go out and cook/create with confidence on their own.
