How is this workshop running?

These seminars will be running online and in-person.

What is involved?

The Student Mental Health Workshops encompass a series of workshops where students will participate in discussions and activities to build their skills to manage frequently occurring mental health difficulties. Through this series, students will gain practical skills for managing mental health, communication, and relationships, increasing strategies to support both themselves and their friends.


How do I benefit?

Through completing these workshops, students will develop practical skills in managing:

  • emotions
  • motivation
  • relationships

Minimum requirements for UOWx recognition

To receive UOWx Recognition, you must complete the following:

  • An "engaged" student will need to be complete 2 workshops over a calendar year
  • A "highly engaged" student will need to complete 3 or more workshops over a calendar year
