About: Hiroshima Shudo University (HSU) is a private university located in the suburbs of the City of Hiroshima. HSU merged with Suzugamine Women’s Junior College in 2016, and will gain a new faculty “Health Sciences” in 2017. By visiting the beautiful campus of HSU, it is possible to experience campus life of an out-of-Tokyo private university. In 2015, the Center for Co-Creation was built. This facility houses the International Affairs Center, the Center for the Co-creation of Hiroshima’s future, the Learning Support Center, and psychology laboratories. Just as with its founding, HSU continues to adapt and innovate and offer new faculties and departments in response to the needs of the society.
