The search for justice is increasingly becoming accessible to law enforcement agencies. Meanwhile, justice itself seems to be bland and difficult to interpret. Retaliation (revenge) and punishment (based on anger) dominate the meaning of justice. Is it possible for the Restorative Justice paradigm to restore just and civilized human values from “Pancasila” (the Indonesian state philosophy)?
