We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Virtual Speed Career Networking Event where you will get an opportunity to conduct short networking interviews with the Final Year Students in the School of CME at UOW.
This is also an opportunity for you to give back to the community by connecting to UOW students who are keen to expand their professional experiences, and their networks. This is also an opportunity for the companies you work for to identify potential future recruits.
The students are undergoing Career networking training as part of this event. They will upload video resumes on their Networking profile. You will be given access to these profiles before the event to select the best candidates for the Speed Networking Interviews.
Of course, there is no obligation to take these interviews to the next level, however, if you find any suitable candidate you can go ahead to contact them for formal interviews. You can also provide your company’s recruitment or marketing video links to share on the Training platform for this event.
We hope this event will create an opportunity for the students to gain valuable skills in Career Networking.
Also, the involved companies will get an opportunity to increase their brand awareness as well as an opportunity to attract and select the best candidates for future recruitments.
