Today the world is facing a crisis because of a human health and economic emergency. Many businesses may not continue to trade as they have done so previously. The nature and magnitude of these changes vary from industry to industry.

While best-in-class industry practices may have historically stood many corporates in good stead, they have to now prepare for a changing business paradigm. They need to review, revise and reinvent new practices that would be most appropriate for the emerging and changing times. Creative disruption will be the order of the day. 'You be the disruptor or you will be disrupted'.

The role of leadership is more critical now than ever before. Corporate leaders will have to face this challenge and provide appropriate roadmap for business recovery and expansion. Corporates have to build and reinforce their resilience to meet the challenges of changing times. Business Schools too have a huge responsibility in developing ethical and responsible leaders for a changing world who can contribute to not only better corporate performance but also to a better world order.

Join our expert panel to discuss:
